THE DIGITAL FAST

40 Days to Detox Your Mind and Reclaim What Matters Most

The Digital Fast is a 40-day guided journey to intentionally reduce digital distraction and deliberately increase spiritual devotion.

Reducing digital distraction includes using a “dumb phone” or dumbing down your smartphone by removing apps that provide distraction (like social media, games, news and email) and then only using your smartphone for “utility” apps such as phone, text, calendar, camera, weather etc.

The purpose of a digital fast is to disconnect from the constant flow of information and online activities to gain mental, emotional, and spiritual rejuvenation, reduce screen-time-related stress, and promote mindfulness. By turning down the digital noise, you will experience the time, space and mental clarity to listen to the voice of God.

Go through The Digital Fast as a Church Community

Our goal and desire when writing The Digital Fast was to see churches and communities work through the book and participate in the digital fast together. We have found that doing a fast like this in the context of community creates profound, lasting effects.

To honor that vision, we were able to work a special deal with our publisher to make the book as low as $8.00. Just click below to put in your order.
